This Project consists of the following activities:
- The preparation of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) system is an integral part of the UAWC's strategic plan 2006-2010 aiming at developing a sustainable agricultural society in Palestine. PME is a group of operations that includes planning, identification of key performance indicators, data collection, data analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate the transformation of UAWC from a project-driven organization to an outcome and impact oriented organization.
- Introduce simplified, streamlined and flexible approaches and tools to monitor progress towards outcomes.
