Al-Shafee Mosque
The project includes supervision the re-construction of the Imam Shafi'i Mosque, located in Asqulah, Gaza. The mosque is one of the largest mosques in the Gaza Strip, consisting of two floors, and the total area of the mosque 2500 m2.

• Review the various tender documents including (Schedule of Quantities, General and Special Conditions and Technical Specifications).
• Review the initial project cost estimates.
• Participate in the tender and choose the winning contractor.
• Supervise all project activities including daily supervision, reporting, payment approval and dispute resolution.
• Check the execution of works according to specifications.
